Gbeja Juwon Peter is a Nigerian Businessman, the MD/CEO of Milk & Honey Luxury Homes Ltd and a seasoned Accountant per excellence. He holds a National Diploma in Accounting and Auditing from the Kogi State Polytechnic Lokoja, Kogi state in the year 1998 and proceeded to the Lagos State University to bag a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (2004-2010). He started his career with Jakura Marble Industry Lokoja, as Account Officer 1 (1999-2001). Also worked with the Nigeria Security and Defence Corps (NSCDC) where he served meritoriously and rose to the rank of Assistant Superintendent Corp 1 before he resigned and joined TPUMPY CONCEPT briefly. Afterwards, he moved to properly channel his energy fully to his dream.
Gbeja Peter’s career path has no doubt been greatly inspired by vision combined with determination to make a difference. His productivity and impeccable business acumen, spotting goldmine where many see landmines, have set him apart from the crowd as a business leader with the Midas touch. He is a very savvy entrepreneur and imaginative visionary who superintends over the affairs of the following companies (Rejoice Vicky Concept, Honeymoon Gardens City Ltd, Hosanna-Honey Palace Limited and Milk & Honey Luxury Homes Ltd) and has grown into a Licensed Real Estate/Entrepreneurial Guru, Chartered Manager, Philanthropist, Motivational Speaker and Role Model. He has over 2 decades of working and business experience. His success in the business world is a classical example of hard work, resilience and tenacity.
A zealous man of God who has served in the Crowd Control Unit of Living Faith Church (aka Winner’s Chapel), as the Training Chairman for 4 consecutive tenures and also Chairman Welfare. Mr. Gbeja Peter has a heart full of grace and a soul regenerated by love to serve his people. His life is guided by the notion that “Only a life lived for service of others is a life well lived; and the ultimate test of man’s conscience is his willingness to sacrifice something today for the future general whose words of thanks will not be heard”. This is what drives his commitment and passion to a life of sacrificial service and incremental improvement to the human race which has over the years distinguished him as an exemplary servant-leader.
In his quest for further knowledge in the areas of Business management, administration, procurement/supply chain management and many more, he then exposed himself to various institutes of learning and Membership of different bodies on project management and Real estate development. A member of professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and supply and a registered member of Real Estate Developer Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM) and Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA), ladies and gentlemen, the list is endless. He is a Developer of great repute and open to new ideas and innovations in diverse fields and he is blessed with a supportive wife and 2 lovely children.
Gagher Ngusha Allen hails from Mbalagh, Mbagwen Makurdi Local Government Area of Benue State.He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree in Business Management in the year 2012. He also bagged a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA Management) at College of Management Sciences, Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (now Joseph Sarwan Tarka University, Makurdi). He has worked as a Logistic Manager at Hallmark Consult Limited Ibadan, Oyo State. He has also taught at various schools including St. James Cathedral College Oke-Bola, Ibadan, Oyo State, UBE St. Mary’s Junior Secondary School North Bank, Makurdi, Benue State. He is proficient in (ICT) knowledgeable in data computing applications like Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).
He is a philanthropist and a member of the Makurdi Lion Club, Region 3, District 404A2, Nigeria of the Lions Club International. He is skilled in Human Resource Management, with positive attitudes to work and ability to work with minimal or no supervision, with good interpersonal and good communication skills

Florence Olushola Bagbe is a Human Resources Specialist with over a decade experience in Training (Human Capacity Building), General Office Management, Auditing and Accounting practices. She holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Minna and graduated with a Second Class Upper (2.1) in 2004. In 2009, She bagged a masters degree in Environmental Chemistry and Pollution Control (MECPC) from the University of Ibadan.
She is an Information and Technology personnel, a Change Manager, a dynamic result-oriented marketer, a Training Consultant and a strong advocate of transparency in the business ethics and corporate governance. She has worked with Hamdala Consult, Lagos as a Manager in charge of general Office management, Oyo State Ministry of Environment as an Environmental Officer (Attachee), Worked briefly as a Customer Care Relations Officer with MTN Apapa Call Centre, Worked with Security Agenda for Africa SAFA (An NGO) as a Volunteer Admin. Officer, Adewunmi Adepoju & Co. Chartered Accountants as the Manager Training, Global Intellectual Consultant as a Management Consultant and a Partner with Sustainable Innovations Development Access in Africa (SIDA).
Florence is a member of the National Institute of Management (NIM), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), An Oracle Database Certified, A Certified Trainer with the Centre for Management Development (CMD), An ICAN Student, A Teenager’s Coach.
Laju Miracle Kubeyinjeis the Secretary of this great company, she hails from Batern in Warri South West local government area of Delta State Nigeria. She obtained her OND & HND Certificate as a Print Journalist in 2016. She did her NYSC in Gezawa Local government of Kano State in GSS Gezawa in 2017-2018 batch A stream 1. She has worked with various organization such as NTA Uzuaire , Silverbird TV Benin, and NNPC Zonal Office Warri as an IT student from 2012-2014, She has also worked with Churchil Aghoghovia as a Secretary and Jendra Rentals as an Admin personnel, Bentech Company as a Communication personnel and currently she is with Milk & Honey Luxury Homes Ltd., Lugbe – Abuja. She has acquired various skills such as good communication both verbal and written, interpersonal skills, time management, computer literacy, problem and crisis management and many more.
Ifeoluwa Ruth David attended University of Ilorin, Kwara State in the year 2008 for her tertiary education where she bagged a B.Sc. Hons in Biochemistry in the year 2012. Her earliest career path was in the education sector, she has worked with several secondary schools both as academic staff and also as administrative staff. She got employed into this great company in the year2022 as the Lokoja branch manager.
Toyin Abu, Marketing Head as she’s popularly called, hails from Ogori Magongo LGA of Kogi State. She attended Kogi State University Anyigba for her tertiary education where she bagged a BSc in Agricultural Science (Crop Production). She has been in the sales and service sector for about four years; first she worked as a Financial Advisor for First Bank Nigeria PLC for a year before joining this noble company and has been with the company for about three years now. Miss. Toyin is a simple but principled person with a sense of humor. She is skilled at working with people and she’s a good team leader. She is contributing effectively towards achieving the organizations goals and objectives. Constructive and productive communication is her hobby.
Abuh Suleiman A. popularly known as the Social Mallam, is a native of Olamaboro LGA of Kogi State. He attended Kogi State University Anyigba in the year 2011 where he studied philosophy and graduated in 2014. He served his father land in Katsina state at the police headquarters. n 2020, he joined Milk and Honey Luxury Homes Ltd. as one of the earliest employees of the company and have since then diligently contributed to the growth of this noble organization. He has also grown in ranks over the years from being a marketer to the company’s accountant.
Abraham Onimisi Joseph is a graduate of Computer Science at the prestigious National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) where be obtained Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (B.Sc Hons) in the year 2022 and has also gone through some online IT related courses that has built him up in the field of Information Technology. He has worked as an undergraduate with various organizations including the VIO head office Mabushi before graduating and finally joining Milk & Luxury Homes in 2022 as an IT Specialist.
